Crazy Cop Chase

Is it just me or does anybody else feel that since the police in North America have video camera's in their vehicles, they actually think they're in an action movie. This guy must have seen a few too many Lethal Weapon movies. When I see video footage like this, I can't help but wonder about the danger they put innocent bystanders in.
